Refund & Return Policy

At ELVIRA GIOIELLI, operated by LIMITLESS WORLDWIDE LLC, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and obtaining refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Timeframe

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any signs of wear, alteration, or damage

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@elviragioielli.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our customer service team to provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RAN clearly on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

2.2 Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

3. Refunds

3.1 Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

3.4 Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to defects, please contact us at hello@elviragioielli.com with photos of the defect.

For exchanges due to size or style preferences, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@elviragioielli.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • Description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items and offer either a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

ELVIRA GIOIELLI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. If your tracking information shows delivery but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier

We recommend shipping to a secure address or requiring a signature for delivery on high-value orders.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the same return policy applies with the following additional considerations:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees and duties
  • Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
  • Processing times may be longer due to international shipping

8. Cancellations

Since our pieces are made to order, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@elviragioielli.com.

9. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
