Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

For exchanges due to size or style preferences, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

ELVIRA GIOIELLI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. If your tracking information shows delivery but you haven't received your package:

Since our pieces are made to order, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@elviragioielli.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
